We keep it simple — $5 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders and free shipping on all orders over $150.
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), and most arrive in 3–7 days.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

At this time, we ship within the United States (including P.O. boxes and most territories).

If something isn’t quite right, we make returns easy.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Shoes must be new and unworn outdoors, in their original box.
• A $5 return fee covers your prepaid label.
• Refunds go back to your original form of payment within 3–10 business days of arrival back to us.

Finding the perfect fit should be easy.

• Exchanges are free within 30 days.
• Shoes should be tried on indoors only.
• Your replacement pair ships as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.

damaged or defective items

We stand behind our shoes. If your pair arrives damaged or has a quality issue within 60 days, please email info@kitsfootwear.com with photos and your order number — we’ll take care of it right away.

Kits are made for the little years — the ones filled with play, puddles, and quick growth spurts. If your first pair isn’t quite right, we’ll make sure the next one is.
